EASY AND UNUSUAL ALTERNATIVE BORED SOUPS.
INGREDIENTS (FOR 4 PEOPLE):
baguette,
2 Tbsp. l. olive oil,
750 ml vegetable broth
250 ml of white wine,
salt, pepper,
0.5 Tbsp. Sugar
150 g of cream
RECIPE:
1.Fry the garlic in a saucepan.
2.Add diced baguette, pour in the broth, wine and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
3.Then wipe the soup blender until the consistency of mashed potatoes, boil again, add salt, pepper, season with thyme and stir into it lightly whipped cream.
4.Garlic soup is especially good with garlic croutons.
