BAIKAL • LAKE • OLKHON
On the island of Baikal there is only one inhabited island, which is called Olkhon. Its territory covers 730 km² steppe and forest. At present, there are around 1,500 people who settled in the towns. Among the popular tourist island mainly in summer and autumn seasons. But there are also such desperate travelers who are not afraid of the harsh Siberian winter.
